1:1 weekly or twice weekly Movement based personal training 
If you are wanting to get moving again after persistent back of hip pain, illness, postural issues, poor balance or spinal surgery 1:1 training sessions can help you through correcting old inefficient movement patterns, to open the door to more efficient movement, and therefore more meaningful strengthening work.

Performance Clinic ​
Do you want to progress in your chosen sport? or do you feel like there is something holding you back or causing recurrent injuries? functional biomechanics can be applied to any sport, but in those where the athlete is working on conserving energy every ounce of efficiency counts. We work together to break down your movement patterns, identify areas for improvement but more importantly give you the skills to assess your own movement so that you can continue to search for excellent, efficient and fluid movement.


Movement Equestrian Bio-mechanical assessment for performance.  
1hr assessment of your normal movement strategies in relation to the effects you have on your horse, and what you can do to improve both your own movement, and see how it can positively improve your horses way of going. I will take into account your horses way of moving and any issues, so a short ridden video would be helpful for both of us to see, this can be followed up with ridden sessions to put your training into practice.

​Movement Equestrian - Rider performance class​
1hr rider specific class, open to any ability, to improve common weaknesses and movement dysfunctions we find in riders. Specific emphasis on relaxed breathing, balance, movement patterning, balance and core control. Wednesdays evenings 6.30-7.30 & 7.45-8.45

* reduced rate 1:1 session advised before regular classes for anyone with pre existing musculoskeletal issues. ​

Rehab Class Package​​
A 1 hr rehab class with no more than 6 other clients either via ZOOM in in the studio, aimed at clients wanting to start the journey away from persistent back or hip pain and into enjoying movement again. This includes a  mix of *JEMS functional training, clinical pilates and strength and balance training to address common movement issues seen in people with long standing back or hip pain. As everyone has their own unique movement and postural issues to address, the package includes a 30 min 1:1 session after each block of 6 classes to help progress you through your own personal treatment plan.

6 x 1 hr sessions plus 30 minute 1:1 session and access to training videos £90 for the package.​
